All events will be held outdoors and require a canopy in 2024, rain or shine.

Please note that there are no refunds for vendor fees, but you may receive credit for a future date if you notify us at least 2 weeks in advance.

If you are a new vendor who pays without a confirmation, we cannot guarantee a spot. We are not responsible for vendor booth fees that have been paid without an invite.
